Free Standard Shipping
Free Canada-wide shipping is available on standard orders over $500 (at regular pricing). The following are excluded from free shipping:
- Orders placed with trade pricing
- Treviso series vanities
- Brizo, Delta, and Moen products
- Toilets, shower glass, and other freight or oversized items (see below)
Freight & Oversized Delivery ($99)
Large, heavy items, including bathtubs, tub-and-shower units, shower bases, shower wall panels, acrylic shower stalls, glass shower doors and enclosures, and toilets, ship by freight carrier for a flat $99 delivery charge, applied automatically at checkout. Freight deliveries typically arrive within 5 to 8 business days and are available across Canada (excluding Northwest Territories). The $99 charge applies per order, and one of our team members will contact you to arrange a convenient delivery appointment.
Brand Exceptions
Victoria + Albert and Vanna bathtubs qualify for free delivery, so the standard $99 freight fee will not be applied to these products. These items ship free Canada-wide on orders over $500 (at regular pricing), and one of our team members will contact you after your order to arrange delivery.
Palletized Shipping
Please be aware that any items required to ship on a pallet may be subject to additional freight charges. If your order requires palletized shipping, we will contact you directly with a revised quote before proceeding.
