This Shaws Lancaster wire sink grid is made for the small bowl of the RC4019 and RC4018 kitchen sinks. It rests on the basin floor and creates a raised working surface that minimizes scratches and wear on the bottom of the sink. Keeping cookware and dishes raised off the surface also lets water drain freely beneath.
