The Riobel RH21 is a wall-mount Type T/P (thermo/pressure balance) tub filler rough-in valve from the Riobel Cross Collection. It is the concealed valve body required to install a Riobel wall-mount tub filler: it sits behind the wall and connects your plumbing to the finished trim. Pair it with your matching Riobel tub filler trim.
