Maris Undercounter Lavatory

The TOTO Maris™ undercounter lavatory (LT481) is a vitreous china bathroom sink with a beautifully rimless, oval design. It has a generously wide 20-5/16"W x 15-9/16"D basin with a rear overflow and is ADA compliant. Cotton, Bone, Colonial White and Sedona Beige come with CEFIONTECT® ceramic glaze; Ebony comes without CEFIONTECT.

Features

• CEFIONTECT® ceramic glaze (Cotton, Bone, Colonial White, Sedona Beige) prevents debris and mold from sticking to ceramic surfaces, leading to fewer chemicals and less water in cleaning
• ADA compliant with overflow to the rear
• Mounting assembly complete with installation template and mounting screw set for wood countertops
• THU410 is required for marble/granite type countertop installation and must be purchased separately
• Installation requirements: supplied basin clamp assemblies require ¾” (19 mm) minimum countertop thickness; the installer must supply anchors for thinner countertops
• Meets ADA guidelines and ANSI A117.1 requirements when the countertop is installed 864mm (34") from the finished floor and the lavatory is installed 51mm (2") minimum from the front edge
