Sanitary flush control unit, 12V mains power, for Sigma 2x6 in-wall systems

The Geberit sanitary flush control unit is a programmable unit for Sigma 2x6 in-wall systems, powered by 12V mains power. It performs frequent, automatic line purges, which studies have shown help keep waterborne pathogen counts down. It is a health and safety upgrade for hospitality guest rooms, multifamily buildings, weekend homes and other infrequently used buildings where a Geberit Sigma 2x6 Concealed Tank is installed.

Features

• Programmable, automatic line purges.
• Standing water at room temperature (and higher) lets Legionella and other waterborne bacteria multiply unnoticed, often in the "dead legs" of plumbing systems where water is stagnant or semi-stagnant.
• Hotels, health care buildings and high-rise buildings with long plumbing runs are common breeding grounds for these bacteria.
• Low-use buildings such as weekend homes are susceptible to stagnant drinking water and dried-up fixture traps due to limited use.
• Powered by 12V mains power.
